Laughter Reduces Weight

Eating is one, if not the main way that most of us keep our emotional sanity, wouldn't you agree? In order to get the body of your dreams, you need to burn fat Quickly, but you need to find ways, to get emotional satisfaction other than by food.

How Do You Get That Feeling of Pleasure & Happiness in The 1st Place?

It's so fascinating actually, when we feel happy, the brain receives nerve impulses that are called dopamine, which is the "brain's pleasure and reward-system", and by raising the level of dopamine in your brain, you enhance the pleasure you feel.

So when you're eating a salad, chicken breast or foods that are bland with NO flavor, something is needed to get your dopamine levels to increase.

Laughing is Just-The-Ticket

This may be hard to believe at first, but one of the quickest and easiest ways to make yourself have pleasure, and at the same time lose weight is by laughing.

It has been proven that just by laughing, your brains dopamine rises, and your built in "pleasure-system" kicks into it's "supersonic mode" producing pleasure galore.

So just by having a hearty laugh, you can boost your dopamine and hopefully stop the cravings for something tastier, and this is especially true at night, when our cravings for all those no-no's are at their peak.

What Sara & I have found that has been helpful, is vigorously seeking out things, something, anything to laugh about "all day", especially food related things, because we find it useful to make fun of our salads and other foods that we may not be that keen on.

At the market the other day we looked for cucumbers that looked like us, WOW it was simply amazing, we found a perfect-match for Sara, I had to settle for an old dried up Idaho spud, and after I slapped a lettuce leaf on top of it, Holy-Moly!... It was ME... Very handsome too I might add.

The other day me and my, "carrot stick" was having an extremely deep discussion, "So you think your better for me than that banana split huh?" "Just look at you", and In 2 minutes I had the whole cafe in stitches, and after 20 of those buggers, I was full... And one woman told the waiter, I'll have what he is having... lol

We know it's hard to believe, but it does help the food go down easier and ends up tasting better, and you will have a blast.

Just laugh, it will be the happiest pounds you ever lost.
